The company has nearly 50 years of combined experience with extensive and proven professional leadership as Human Resources/Relations Consultants. The company was founded in order to set a new standard for organizations; creating a more dedicated and results-oriented work environment for everyone involved. Bell Consulting Group has the passion and the abilities to work with all populations. Bell Consulting Group is a Woman Owned Small Business as well as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
As Consultants, Facilitators, Mediator and Life Coach, the Bell's has traveled the world facilitating classes to both civilians and soldiers. As highly skilled facilitators and mediator, they are engaging speakers. Bell Consulting Group areas of expertise include Unconscious Bias & Inclusion Training, Mediation, Facilitation, Communications Skill Building and Equal Opportunity Training. While serving with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Robin implemented a viable Considerations of Other's program that took her to over 75 sites world-wide, where she trained over 35,000 people. Bell Consulting Group has facilitated classes to Senior Executives, General Officers, soldiers, civilians and laborers.
